Elementor Experts

Elementor is proud to grant you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Elementor Experts Network Beta Version (the “Elementor Experts”) for a limited period of time. This license shall be solely for your own personal use, and you shall not have any right to share, distribute or make it available to any third party. The sole purpose of this Elementor Experts is to help Elementor’s PRO plan users to get through the COVID-19 pandemic together.

You expressly acknowledge that Elementor Experts is a test product and not yet at the level of the final product, without warranty or technical support, and may contain errors, bugs, and other failures that are beyond Elementor’s reasonable control. Elementor reserves the right to terminate your use and/or to cancel your access to the Elementor Experts at any time without prior notice.

You agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, including but without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, Elementor will not be held as liable to any spamming you might receive from its users. 

ELEMENTOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO BEGIN CHARGING FOR THE ELEMENTOR EXPERTS SERVICE AT ANY GIVEN POINT, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, INLINE OR ON TOP OF THE ELEMENTOR SUBSCRIPTION FEES.

You acknowledge that any communication with other members in the network, within or outside the Elementor Expert platform, will be respectful, non-intrusive, private and discreet. You also acknowledge that Elementor is not responsible for the quality or the level of service of its users.

You agree only to provide content or information that does not violate any law nor anyone’s rights. Elementor is not responsible for any uploaded or created content and, therefore, does not check its appropriateness and violations of any rights. You may report any breach and Elementor will take all the necessary actions required by the outcome of its investigation.

You also agree that your profile information will be accurate and truthful, and you shall not advertise your profile or any other content on Google Ads platform. You acknowledge that Elementor has the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or edit certain information or content from your profile, including materials created by you. 

You shall not harvest data of any kind (images, emails, content, conversations or any other personal data), manually, automatically or in any other means for personal or commercial use. Any such attempts or instances are monitored and will be exposed to severe legal actions. 

YOU WILL NOT MENTION, SOLICIT OR PROMOTE EXPLICITLY OR IMPLICITLY PROMOTE ARTS, PRODUCTS, WORKS AND SERVICES THAT ARE NOT ELEMENTOR-RELATED.
